Summary
Bro Mike teaches about the childhood demon of rejection through the story of Jesus and the Samaritan woman at the well in John 4. He explains how rejection demons, often picked up in dysfunctional childhoods, destroy self-esteem and lead people on a lifelong quest to find someone to love them. These demons bring toxic relationships and people who hurt us repeatedly.
The Samaritan woman had five failed marriages and was living with a man who wasn’t her husband – all relationships orchestrated by her rejection demon. When Jesus offered her ‘living water’ (eternal life), she was transformed from a broken, rejected woman into an evangelist who brought her whole town to meet Jesus. Bro Mike emphasizes that God loves to use people others don’t think much of, and the only way to be healed from rejection is to come to Jesus and have these demons cast out.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today with open hearts and minds. We ask that You would prepare us to receive what You want to teach us through Your Word. Help us to be vulnerable and honest about the areas in our lives where we need Your healing touch. Remove any barriers that would prevent us from hearing Your voice clearly. Holy Spirit, guide our discussion and help us to encourage one another. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
