This week on Psyber Conversations, we take a break from the MCU before diving into Avengers: Infinity War and kick off summer with a full episode of movie opinions that may or may not destroy friendships.

The challenge is simple: each host brings one movie they love that everyone else seems to hate, then one movie they strongly dislike that everyone else seems to love. Along the way, we defend guilty pleasures, question sacred cows, and find out which opinions belong in a theater, which belong in the bargain bin, and which should probably be sealed in a vault for public safety.

Round 1 covers the movies we love that other people can’t stand, including 13 Ghosts, Encino Man, Jumper, Terminator: Dark Fate, and The Last Airbender. Then we hit a rapid-fire hot takes section before moving into Round 2, where the crew takes aim at beloved movies like Hook, Rocky Horror Picture Show, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Forrest Gump, and The Fast and the Furious.

There are also side quests into Dune, Star Wars, Tron, The Core, Batman & Robin, underrated actors, overrated directors, and the eternal question: is it actually a bad movie, or did you just miss the wave?

As always, it is okay to agree to disagree.
